3rd summer in a row , loyal customer. Nice clean rooms and clean pools. Family fun at the waterslides. The staff is really friendly and great shows every night. Kids love the disco. Shuttle bus to the private beach. Great location and close near-by bus stop. My favourite hotel!
The stay was amazing! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the animation team, especially Ana and Cristi, who were absolutely wonderful and so entertaining. They’re amazing with children and made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel!
I rate my stay at the SH Dolce Vita hotel in Golden Sands very positively. Pros: Great value for money: Excellent balance between price and quality. Delicious food: The meals were hearty, fresh, and varied, featuring a wide selection of meats and local fruits. Beach access: The beach is about a 20-minute walk along the seaside, or you can take the hotel’s shuttle golf cart (melex) which runs every 30 minutes. Wonderful staff: Very friendly and helpful service, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness: Rooms were cleaned daily. Fantastic entertainment: The animation team was amazing! They offered diverse activities from morning till night, always with enthusiasm and a smile for every guest. The young team did a great job. Soecial thanks to: Niki, Georgi, Marusia, Maria 🤝🤝👍👍🍾 Good location: The hotel is situated right next to a bus terminus, making it very easy to get to Varna as well as the airport. Cons: No heated indoor pool. Worn-out ping-pong rackets (it's a small expense, but updating them would make playing much more enjoyable). The showers and changing rooms by the indoor pool are outdated and in need of renovation. Summary: This hotel is highly recommended for families with children.
We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a great atmosphere. The animation team was wonderful, especially one of the animators Ana. She is amazing with children, kind, funny and full of positive energy. You can see she is passionate about her job, and she always makes every activity fun and engaging. Her enthusiasm made our holiday even more special. We recommend this hotel.
