One of the prime reasons why I book any all inclusive is down to the food, as this is an important part of my holiday experience. From the reviews online, it seemed as though the food here in this hotel would meet my expectations. But I have to be honest for the sake of future guests, and say that the food was my main disappointment. Primarily, there was no kaymak for breakfast at any point during my stay, and there was no houmous except for Turkish Gala night. I've never known houmous not to be present at any hotel in Turkey that I've previously stayed at. The food selection for lunch and dinner was largely the same. By the time I left, I was weary of eating lahmacun for lunch every day. However, the food on Turkish Gala night was exceptional. And the standard for dessert was consistent and excellent every day. It was evident the staff in the kitchen and restaurant worked hard and worked very quickly. The general hotel staff were friendly and efficient. From my arrival until departure, reception were wonderful, as were the majority of the staff, especially the cleaners and bar staff. In my particular room, I booked a double but it was two single bed pushed together. Not ideal for my circumstances. Nevertheless, the room was nice, the balcony was a good size and the bathroom was clean. One small incident with my daughter's room, the shower door came off and the glass shattered all over her back. Staff responded really quickly and the doctors came within minutes. I was impressed with this response. Initially we were told we would have to pay for the shower door and doctor, but after a conversation with the staff, this was quickly rectified as I'm sure they understood the outcome could have been worse. Short walk to the beach. Lots of little shops if you like trinkets and Lays crisps. A little beach restaurant where you can have gözleme and the gent serving the chicken was particularly lovely. It's pretty alright, just maybe think twice if you're food obsessed like me.
entertainment are amazing - always something for everybody to take part in. azra and cengo are amazing and makes sure everyone is included. all bar and restaurant staff are amazing and work so hard. big shout out to talip and koray who go above and beyond (a lot of others too but unfortunately didn’t get their names). rooms are always kept exceptionally clean, always fresh towels and bed sheets, minibar also. hotel is in a great location, lots of bars and restaurant nearby, also within a five minute walk to the beach, and a fifteen minute walk to the ruins (beautiful at night time). i would 100% return
The Hotel was lovely and was very clean. Had a wide selection of food and great entertainment. The entertainment team were very friendly and funny. Lifeguards were great and always there to watch, especially Lifeguard Jonson, he was very friendly, funny and great to hang around with, he always made my day and we always made jokes! The room were very clean and has everything in it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is considering going!

Spent a week in this hotel with my family and we have had a great time. The hotel is close to the beautiful old town, the beach can be reached after a short walk (its handy after all the lovely dishes:)) the rooms are clean and well sized. It wasn’t yet too busy as we came early June, therefore there was enough space around the pool area and on the beach. A special thanks to all the suff for their hard and dedicated work and especially to Mr.Huseyn in the Beach bar for his positive attitude and friendliness, always making sure all guests are well cared for. We will come back for sure…
