I would give zero or negative 100. Hotel ruins vacation of people staying in nearby hotels. They play VERY loud music and you cannot sleep.
Very loud music after 10 p.m., disrespectful to other guests. Holiday is primary for rest, this is not Ibiza! :(
Allow me to start with things that were great about the hotel. The reception team was extremely professional and helpful. The cleaning staff was quick and meticulous. The food was fresh and tasty. I especially enjoyed themed dinners that took place every second day. I saw an African acrobatics team perform and I truly recommend seeing it. Unfortunately, I also have a few complaints. The main one being the waiters. In that hotel, you need to wait for them to walk up to you in order to order drinks. Finding a clean table was a real struggle. One time, during breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. Even though we tried getting someone's attention the waiters just avoided eye contact. I really don't like this system and it shouldn't take place in a 5-star hotel. Some employees didn't know basic English, it was a struggle, especially when I wanted to order a specific coffee. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I do recommend the hotel, but they have some things to work on.
Hotel is one from the best in Turkey. We have a perfect very nice family apartment. The five starts are deservedly. All food service are on high level. We like traditional turkey food but they have classic Mediterranean Europe foot too. The near is hotel beach with bar and more beach sunbeds. The hotel have big pools with poolbar. It's a great hotel with really friendly staff. Over all it's very very clean and has a nice pool area. At night there could be more sofas on the balcony for guests to sit. I would definitely come back for a week of relaxing!
