We had an amazing time at Sineva Park in Sveti Vlas! The animation program was of a very high level – fun, diverse, and suitable for both kids and adults. Special thanks to Francheska – she is wonderful, always smiling, and a true professional! She does her job with passion and heart. We would definitely visit again!
We travelled from Ukraine for more than 22 hours and arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:00 a.m. From 5:00 to 9:00 a.m. we had to stay outside the hotel. We were then told that we could receive our wristbands only at 11:00 a.m.
We fully understand that the official check-in time is after 2:00 p.m., and we have no issue with that. However, as guests who have already paid for our stay, we expected to at least be allowed to stay on the hotel premises while waiting for our room.
Instead, we were not even allowed to remain at the reception or use other hotel facilities, including the pool. After travelling for more than 22 hours, especially with a 4-year-old child, this treatment is absolutely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of customer care.
Moreover, the actual condition of the hotel is extremely disappointing. The hotel is in poor and run-down condition; many areas look worn-out and neglected. Tiles in the swimming pool are coming off, which also raises serious concerns about safety.
The photos shown on Booking.com do not correspond to the actual hotel we booked. In particular, it appears that the photos presented in the listing are photos of Sineva Beach hotel, rather than Sineva Park, which is the hotel we booked. This is highly misleading for consumers and creates completely false expectations about the property.
We believe that the hotel is misleading consumers by presenting photos and information that do not accurately represent the actual property.
Our first impression is extremely negative, and we are very disappointed with both the condition of the hotel and the way guests are treated.
We chose Hotel Sineva Park again this year, and we are truly happy to have returned. We were already familiar with the hotel and were delighted to find the same impeccable cleanliness, the same peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the same exceptionally kind and professional staff.
We would like to express our special thanks to Tatiana at the reception, who welcomed us warmly, completed our check-in quickly, and provided us with all the necessary information.
The restaurant is very well organized, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The restaurant manager coordinates the entire operation with great professionalism, while the staff responsible for serving and clearing the tables are hardworking, attentive, and very efficient.
We would also like to thank the chefs for the delicious food, as well as the chef who prepares the grilled dishes at dinner and the delicious pancakes served at breakfast.
A special word of appreciation also goes to the housekeeping staff. We would like to thank Shazie, who took care of our room, as well as Yanna, who is responsible for organizing and supervising the housekeeping team.
We also wish to thank all the employees who contribute to maintaining the hotel and its beautiful gardens. The entire complex is very well maintained and offers a true oasis of greenery, peace, and relaxation, with clean and well-maintained swimming pools.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a clean and peaceful hotel, close to the beach, with a professional, welcoming, and attentive staff, as well as excellent value for money, we highly recommend Hotel Sineva Park.
Thank you to the entire Sineva Park team for another wonderful holiday. We had a very good stay, and we would be delighted to return again in the future.
I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this amazing hotel with my family, and it truly felt like a second home from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start, making our experience smooth and enjoyable.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced the comfort of our stay significantly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect setting for our family getaway.
One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant. Krassy, the Restaurant Manager, took exceptional care of us from the beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, tasty, and aesthetically served, making each meal a true delight. The attentive waitresses, always smiling and eager to assist, added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience.
The live cooking station was a unique feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kamran, who prepared our morning pancakes, was not only a skilled chef but also a wonderfully positive person, brightening our mornings with his delightful energy.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and memorable thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and delicious cuisine.
Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!
We have nice vacation here. If you search for quiet and relaxing places here is the place. Room was okay. Restaurant have good food. Not much for the kids to do in the hotel but animators do good job to entertain them in the kids club so me and my husband relax near the pool. My daughters enjoyed kids disco every night. The animators invited us for pirate show in other hotel. It was very fun my daughters loved it.
