We liked it very much and we had an experience. Beautiful terrace, clean beach and quiet space. Perfect for families with kids. A lot of activities to do, karaoke, aqua movement, polo, bingo and more. Nice view at the sea and it has a lot of beautiful vegetation and pink flowers. We had a great time here and we are definetely recommending it to everyone else who wants to come.
We stayed here for one week with my family, and we absolutely loved this place! Before our trip, I read the Google reviews, and since many of them were negative, I was worried that we might have chosen the wrong hotel. But I was completely wrong—we definitely made the right choice! From the moment we arrived, Dominic welcomed us with a big smile and a great attitude. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anastasia at the second-floor bar, as well as the staff at the outdoor summer bar. They were always so warm and welcoming, and they made us feel truly comfortable. My daughter made many wonderful friends during our stay, especially Anastasia and Monica from the restaurant. Every single member of the staff was polite and respectful. We never experienced any rudeness, and we truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was spotless. We booked two rooms, and both had working air conditioning and TVs. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Overall, everything was excellent. I would like to thank all the staff and the hotel management for making our vacation so special. This has been one of the most unforgettable summer holidays for my family, and we can't wait to come back again. See you next time!🥰❤️
We had a wonderful week here and truly enjoyed our stay. To start with, I would say that the hotel could certainly benefit from some renovation. The room was a little dated and slightly worn, but this was more than compensated for by how clean it was. Our room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh and neatly arranged. The food was good and, in my opinion, quite varied. Occasionally, I found an empty dish at the buffet, but it was always refilled within a few minutes, so we never had to wait long. The sea view was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The pools were clean, and although the beach is rocky, the sea itself was wonderful and the water was crystal clear. I would definitely recommend bringing water shoes. We also always managed to find an available sun lounger, which was a pleasant surprise. And now, a few words about the staff. Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful — from the receptionists and housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff and bartenders. A special mention goes to the animation team, who did a fantastic job and really made an effort to keep the guests entertained. There was something for everyone, including water polo, aqua Zumba, quizzes, bingo, karaoke and dancing. Before travelling, I had read many different reviews, both positive and negative. However, I believe that everyone experiences a hotel differently, depending on their own expectations and personal experience. For us, it was a wonderful holiday. Personally, I can highly recommend this hotel and I would happily return again anytime. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Hotel Management. I recently stayed at your all-inclusive property, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The food had an unpleasant smell and the quality was very poor, with little variety. The service was also unaccommodating, and the so-called "all-inclusive" concept was misleading. Many things were either unavailable or required extra payment. This did not meet standard expectations for an all-inclusive stay. Overall, the hotel did not meet reasonable expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable or enjoyable holiday. Sincerely,
2 elevators weren't working ⭐️⭐️ Lunch and dinner options were limited, maily pasta,french fries a nuggets. With some meat or fish sometimes Desserts were nice. Maybe bit too sweet.
