This is our second time after some years later. But nothing has changed to negative, but everything changed to positive. As family we liked the hotel, personel and quality of the foods, drinks. On the first morning Yılmaz Chef learned my daughter's egg order and whenever he sees us he prepared without talking. It was so nice. All the bartenders were friendly and talkative. We recommend it.
I stayed at this resort for the first time I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it is a very big resort, the service was excellent. The food was so delicious. Everywhere was sooo clean and organized. Mustafa at the reception was wonderful. Provided wheelchair for my mom. He was polite and very helpful. From now on every June when I come to Türkiye from NY, I will come at stay at Susesi Highly recommend especially for families.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Susesi Luxury Resort in Belek, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Everything about the resort felt elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The entire property is stunning, with immaculate gardens, शानदार pools, and a gorgeous beachfront that creates a very peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and consistently high quality across all restaurants. Every meal felt refined and carefully prepared. There were also plenty of fun and engaging activities available, not only for children but for adults as well, which made the stay even more enjoyable and dynamic. What really made the stay stand out was the staff — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Susesi Luxury Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday. I would happily return!
We arrived at around 11:00 pm and unfortunately our experience did not get off to a good start\. There was no welcome drink, no introduction to the hotel, and no directions to our room\. We were simply handed a key card and room number and told to go upstairs\. We then waited an hour for our luggage to arrive\. After three phone calls to reception, it was finally delivered to our room\. Although the hotel itself is beautiful and the food is excellent, the service has been extremely disappointing\. We booked the Ultra All Inclusive package, but the level of customer service has fallen well below expectations\. Many members of staff do not appear to understand English, and it often felt as though if you didn’t speak Turkish, you were simply ignored\. On several occasions in the restaurants, I sat with my hand raised for several minutes waiting to order drinks, but no one came to serve me\. I repeatedly watched families with men in their group being served before me, despite the fact that I had been waiting longer\. More often than not, I had to get my own drinks, tea, coffee and sometimes even cutlery\. The same thing happened at the pool bars\. I would be standing at the bar waiting my turn, only for a man to walk up after me, order a cocktail, and be served immediately while I continued to wait\. This happened on multiple occasions and is simply unacceptable\. Another major issue is the pool area\. If you didn’t come early in the morning to reserve a sunbed, then you simply won’t get one, as they are all taken very quickly and there is no proper system in place to manage this\. Another disappointment is the location\. A four\-minute taxi ride into Belek town costs around €10 each way, and there is no complimentary shuttle service from the hotel\. Taxi drivers were often rude, and the shop keepers in Belek centre were also quite unfriendly, which made the experience outside the hotel just as disappointing\. The hotel itself is luxurious, the grounds are beautiful, and the food is very good\. However, these positives are overshadowed by consistently poor customer service\. I expected much better from a luxury Ultra All Inclusive resort and, sadly, I have been left very disappointed
We stayed at this hotel from 6th April, having booked what was marketed as a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the outset. The room condition was tired and poorly maintained, with clear cleanliness issues on arrival, including marks on surfaces, toothpaste residue, hair in the shower and dirty mirrors. There was also a noticeable musty smell in parts of the hotel. We raised these concerns with reception and were moved to another Deluxe room (side sea view), however similar issues remained. While staff were polite, the response felt limited, and we were advised to contact Jet2 if we wished to move hotels, rather than being offered a meaningful resolution on site. An upgrade to a Superior room was offered at an additional cost of £784, which we did not feel was appropriate given the condition of the rooms already provided. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also not what we expected for a leisure stay. There were a large number of business guests attending conferences, which created a noticeably corporate and busy environment. Dining areas in particular felt crowded and geared towards conference use, rather than a relaxed holiday setting. Part way through the holiday, the General Manager arranged for us to be moved to a two-bedroom suite. While this gesture was appreciated, by that stage our overall experience had already been impacted and it did not change our view of the stay. Based on our experience, this hotel did not reflect the standard we would normally associate with a 5-star property in this area and did not meet expectations for the price paid. We also noted that a number of lower-rated reviews appeared to reflect similar concerns.
