Wonderful Birthday Stay – I'll Definitely Be Back! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brussels for my birthday weekend, which also happened to be Belgium's National Day weekend, so there was a fantastic atmosphere throughout the city. The location is excellent – it's in a beautiful, clean and safe area with luxury shops nearby and is perfectly situated for exploring Brussels and taking day trips to Ghent and Bruges. There are also some fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. We found an amazing Japanese restaurant and loved the homemade noodles so much that we went back twice. The hotel itself is stunning. It's beautifully designed, smells amazing, and our Panorama Corner View Room was stylish, spacious and wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. As our booking included lounge access, the minibar was complimentary and restocked with drinks each day, which was a lovely extra and something we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be to add a little more privacy to the bathroom, as it's quite open, which may feel awkward for couples or friends sharing a room. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, although I personally preferred the cold options. It was also very busy on Sunday morning, making the breakfast area feel quite hectic. The lounge was a lovely place to relax. My only suggestion would be to keep the food replenished throughout the opening hours, as it ran out quite quickly and guests were often waiting for more. A more consistent food offering would make the experience feel even more premium. The spa deserves a special mention. It is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, incredibly well maintained and such a relaxing, inviting space to unwind. Even without a swimming pool or jacuzzi, it felt luxurious and peaceful, especially during the quieter times. I also had one of the best massages I've ever had, and both the spa manager and my therapist were exceptional and so kind. I'd also like to thank the hotel manager, who was incredibly helpful when I had some Wi-Fi issues and was always available to answer questions or help with anything I needed. Every member of staff I encountered was genuinely warm, professional and accommodating. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, from reception to housekeeping, and that level of service really made the stay memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Brussels for making my birthday weekend so special. I can't wait to come back!

Exceptional hotel in a great location. The rooms are new, spacious, extremely clean, and modern. The staff are kind, professional, and very helpful, and the breakfast is more than excellent. A special highlight is the wellness area and gym on the upper floors, with an outstanding view. Everything was fantastic, if I could, I would give more than 10. I honestly have no complaints. The hotel offers excellent value for money. I also appreciated that the room included not only water and coffee, but also an ironing board and an iron, which was particularly useful for me. Highly recommended.

The hotel was amazing overall — the location, cleanliness, and atmosphere were all perfect. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff: incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. A special thanks to Mohamad, who kindly upgraded us to a wonderful room as soon as we arrived. His warm hospitality gave us the perfect start to our stay. Highly recommended hotel — we would gladly stay again!

A fantastic hotel in an excellent location for exploring Brussels. Just a three minute walk from the Louise Metro 🚇 We checked in and out online, quick and easy to do. Our room was on the 19th floor, superb views of the city. Our room was roomy, comfortable and spotless. A beautiful bathroom, nice toiletries, robes and slippers. Kettle and Nespresso coffee maker, a mini fridge with complimentary water was a bonus. The only thing that could of improved our stay would have been to have two comfortable chairs, we like to relax with a cuppa after a day exploring the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with maps and directions to visitor attractions. The breakfast buffet was extremely good, plenty of choice for all nationalities, comfortable dining area. I loved making my own waffles. A chic modern hotel well worth staying at.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the price and its 4-star rating. When we checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to have a room on a higher floor. The receptionist responded rudely, saying, “No, you came too late. You should have come earlier.” This was surprising because we arrived at around 3:30 PM, and check-in starts at 3:00 PM. After getting to our room, we noticed there was no hair dryer, even though one was listed as an in-room amenity. I called reception and was told that one would be sent up “in a moment.” We waited for over an hour, but nothing arrived. The most frustrating issue was that the room lights kept turning off every five minutes, and the curtains would automatically close every five minutes as well. This made it extremely difficult to get anything done. We called reception again to report the problem, but the staff member struggled to understand what we were explaining. After repeating the issue several times, he simply said he would send someone to the room and then hung up. Another hour passed, and no one came to help. To experience so many problems within just the first few hours of our stay was incredibly disappointing. For the price we paid and the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, the service and maintenance fell far below expectations. I hope the hotel improves both its customer service and its response to guest issues, as this was not the experience we were expecting.
