⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Lumos Deluxe Resort with my family. From the very first day, the service was excellent. The security guard was very respectful, helpful and welcoming when we arrived, which gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel. The reception staff were also very cheerful, friendly and respectful throughout our stay. Everyone was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The resort has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is a wonderful family-friendly place. A special thank you to our daily room cleaner, Fatima, who was so lovely and made sure our room was cleaned perfectly every day. Thank you so much, Fatima, for everything you did for us and for always keeping our room so nice and clean. The spa experience was also amazing. I had the Hammam done at Lumos Deluxe Resort and it was honestly so relaxing and worth it. The staff were lovely and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend trying the Hammam if you stay here! ❤️ We truly appreciate all the hotel staff and everything they did to make our family holiday enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. We received excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this 5-star family resort to others, and we will definitely be coming back again! ❤️
My friends and I stayed at this hotel in early August. The food was varied and delicious. Cleaning was done appropriately. The beach was nice and clean, and the entry into the water was comfortable. We often spent time at the water park. That's where all the action happens. I'd especially like to highlight the animators: Ferdi (a very positive and kind guy, always ready to help), Harun, Yasmin, and Seda—they're great and positive. They're the highlight of the hotel; they create a positive atmosphere and never let guests get bored. The vacation was wonderful. We highly recommend the hotel. We'll be back. Thank you, Lumos Hotel.
We stayed at Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel Spa and really enjoyed our vacation! From the first day, the staff made a great impression — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes every day. We also really liked the drinks — there was a big selection of tasty cocktails and other beverages throughout the day. The animation was interesting and enjoyable without being too intrusive, so there was always something fun going on while still keeping a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was one of the biggest advantages for Alanya. Very importantly, there are no stone plates when entering the sea, so getting into the water is comfortable and easy. The beach itself was clean, with plenty of sunbeds and beautiful clear water. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation with great service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely come back again!
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. It’s well maintained, the grounds are stunning, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and welcoming. Many of the staff speak English, which has made communication easy throughout our stay. One thing I would suggest is that the hotel considers being a little more inclusive with languages during activities and entertainment. A lot of the entertainment and announcements seem to prioritise Russian-speaking guests. While that’s completely understandable, it would be great to see a better mix of languages to cater to the wide range of nationalities staying at the hotel. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. They are all so friendly, welcoming, and always have smiles on their faces, creating such a positive atmosphere every day. A huge thank you to Ismail, the lifeguard at the pool. He truly made our holiday! He was fantastic with our children—keeping a close eye on them while also entertaining them. They absolutely adored him, and it made such a difference to our stay. Thank you, Ismail, we really appreciate everything you did. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and amazing entertainment team made for a wonderful holiday, and with a few small improvements, it could be exceptional.
The shisha was honestly one of the highlights of my entire vacation! 🤍 I enjoyed it every single day because the flavors were amazing and the quality was incredible. I even bought some shisha tobacco to take home with me because I loved it that much! 😼The guy who prepared the shisha was also super funny and friendly. He always made sure the charcoal was perfect and that everything was just right. His great attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable! Definitely a must-try! ✨
