We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would recommend this resort. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of greenery and a lovely forest path leading to the beach. The dedicated beach bar was a great addition, and we also appreciated having coffee, water, and soft drinks available all day. There are a few areas that could be improved. The pools are quite deep for younger children (the shallowest is 1.3 m and the main pool is 1.5 m), and there are only a few ladders to enter the main pool, making access less convenient. The food was tasty, but the variety was limited, especially at breakfast, which was the same every day. Lunch and dinner changed only partially from day to day. The evening entertainment was also a bit disappointing. One dance show was excellent, but most evenings featured only a singer or a DJ. We would have loved to see more family-friendly shows and activities for older children. Despite these points, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay.
What a lovely hidden gem! We have just returned from a 7 night stay with family and we were all really pleased with this hotel. Firstly, the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. We were greeted from the coach after a very long delayed flight with a nice cold drink and staff taking our bags to our room. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the whole hotel, it really was beautiful. We found a spot everyday by the family relax pool and there were always enough sun loungers. The only slightly negative thing was not having a drinks bar close to the family relax pool (not too far away but annoying to have to get out and dry) and the food options at mealtimes were quite samey. I did get bored of the food after day 3, however it was all fresh and well cooked. Great if you love lots of pork options which I unfortunately don’t! There are also very limited snack options between meal times. We were so pleased with this hidden gem and we will certainly be back next year, thank you
Beautiful resort - possibly the cleanest family all inclusive I’ve ever seen - the short walk through the eucalyptus and pine forest to the beach is just magical. Sea was so warm! Plenty of sun beds round the pool and at the beach. All the staff are friendly. Food was good. Our kids enjoyed the kids club. The family room we had for the four of us was the perfect size. Location is fantastic, really peaceful. Only a short transfer from the airport and and even shorter transfer or cab to the local town Pizzo which was stunning. Went to Pizzo three times during our stay here as sub a beautiful historical town with great cafes and restaurants etc. Brilliant family holiday all round
The staff were fantastic. The facilities and the food were really very good, with loads of choices catering for all tastes. The hotel and grounds were kept clean and tidy throughout the day. There is a very nice walk through the woodland to the lovley beach and café/restaurant. The hotel is a little isolated so if you want to explore you will need to make use of the excursions. We really enjoyed our stay.

From checking in your bags 🎒 taken to your room for you👍.after a quick freshen up time for a pre dinner drink 🍸 everyday the cocktail 🍸 of the day with nibbles all freshen up constantly 😀 the buffet room has a vast range from starter mains and deserts. I prefer starter & mains. Fantastic from kettle cooked prawns and mussels to salmon sord fish 🐟 chicken pork etc pasta fabulous the pizza 🍕 amazing the only thing we would have you say was the wine sorry didn't try the red it's not for me the rosea and white not very nice. We loved the walk 5 minute walk 🚶♂️ through the tall trees 🌳 looking and listening to the wildlife that was great and on the board walk opens out the the beach ⛱️ and the bar 🍸 eyesore cocktails 🍸 😃 everywhere so clean all the staff happy to help you day and night 🌙 😀. We spent one afternoon at the pool and the rest on the beach ⛱️ lot's of sun loungers and umbrellas 🌂 set up each morning. The beach fabulous clean the Mediterranean sea so clear and inviting for a cool of and swim 🏊♀️ have to say the sunset 🌇 🌝 fantastic just sitting with a cocktail watching a glorious sunset. So did we enjoy our week 💯 % YES
