We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults, making it a perfect destination for families. The beach is just a short walk away, and the pools are fantastic. We especially loved the infinity pool, as well as the children's pools and water slides, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding—delicious, varied, and with something for everyone. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a fitness center and a wonderful wellness area. There is truly everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. We would be happy to come back!
The staff and management at the hotel are outstanding. After I checked out, I realised I had accidentally left some clothes in my room. The team kindly packed them in a box, sent them to me, and even covered the shipping costs, despite having no obligation to do so. Their generosity and commitment to excellent customer service were truly exceptional. I also had the opportunity to speak with the new manager and was genuinely impressed by his vision and dedication to continually enhancing the guest experience. It is clear that he is committed to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
We had a sea view room with a balcony with two adults and one child and it was absolutely fantastic. The kids club is amazing - there’s an official sign in and sign out process and I felt like I could truly relax while my kid was there. Air conditioning was good - you can’t make your room ultra cold but it was cold enough that we had great sleeps even in a heatwave. All the staff were amazing - it seemed like they were all happy to be working there and I hope the employer continues to take good care of them. We loved loved the breakfast so much that we also opted for dinner a few nights we were there - food was fantastic. Highly recommend Meteor!
Great hotel. Fantastic location, right by the beach and a short distance from the port. My daughter especially loves the Maro club. The staff are really friendly and make the activities engaging and fun. Thank you Maro club! The gaming room is also a great asset, especially for kids who just want a break from the sun.
We loved the property and we loved the amenities everything was really great except for the rooms. They were small beyond belief but the worst part is that they smelled so bad with some sort of cleaner they used. We complained but they said they all smell like this and they didn't seem to care. We were offered a larger room for +€600 which was ridiculous. It felt or rather smelled like we were sleeping in a cheap airport hotel. If it weren't for this it would have been "ok". `Sorry but i had to write this negative review.
