We had a wonderful stay at Valentin Grand Park Hotel and would definitely come back. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. The gardens with the palm trees and green areas create a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food every day. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive and very helpful.
The entertainment team was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. There were great activities during the day and fantastic evening shows for both children and adults. The children's area is especially beautiful and perfect for younger kids. Although my son is already a bit older, he still had a wonderful time and really enjoyed his stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon!
We went with a family of 3 and stayed in one of the silver rooms. The room itself is nice but it's very small and we would definitely get an apartment next time. The bathroom is basically part of the main room and we need a little more space. The food was good and getting a meal at the Italian restaurant on site as part of the week stay was a bonus. Loads of pools which are very clean and pleasant. Small but functional gym. Air conditioning was really good. You can easily walk into town or to the beach in ten minutes, good location. Staff on site are friendly and happy to help
Beautiful hotel overall.
The family room with a Juliet balcony was not big enough so we upgraded once we arrived.
Not enough storage space in the family rooms for a family of 4 but the rooms were decorated nice, modern and clean on arrival.
The cleaning sadly left a lot to be desired. Beds made each day and fresh towels if you left the old ones on the floor. Used cups and glasses were not taken away routinely. Only sometimes. The sink was not wiped around once during our stay nor the floors cleaned,or so it did not seem. The balcony was also not swept once. This cleaning of rooms was the most disappointing part of the holiday.
The food was nice. Standard 4 start all Inclusive.
We were half board. Great we could change our dinner for lunch if we wanted to.
Drinks prices ok overall and drinks were nice.
Staff were lovely and friendly.
Food at the pool bar was also really nice.
Pools were great. No major issues with sunbeds but needed to pop towels down at 7/7.30ish.
Family pool felt too busy later in the day. Felt over capacitated. Relaxing pool was lovely.
Animation team was great and kids club too.
Play areas were good.
Football pitch great but very dirty with it being Sand.
Location was nice. 10 mins max to the beach down a hill. Bit of a hill walking back up.
A few nice restaurants on the strip.
Great hotel for family time!
We spent more than a week at Valentin Grand Hotel. The hotel is super kid-friendly, with a mini club and many activities. It’s also very close to the sea (10 min walk).
Food: Fresh and varied meals. We had sushi, Mexican and Spanish evenings. I would only suggest offering more vegetables at the kids’ station; otherwise, everything was great.
Mini club & entertainment: A full programme from morning until late evening for kids, with very engaged animators. It would be great to have more French-speaking staff, as most activities were in German/English.
Big suggestion: Please clean the mini club more often. Some toys and equipment were not fully clean.
Pools: Adapted for everyone. One side is surrounded by trees, which makes the area more pleasant and cooler.
Rooms: The staff came every day, but they could pay a bit more attention to cleaning the floors. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Overall: I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends with babies/kids!
Thank you!
Our stay at Valentin Grand Park was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and full of great facilities, but what truly made the experience special were the people working there.
A big shoutout to Thais from the Sunset Bar, one of the nicest and most customer‑friendly people we met ❤️. Her morning perfect coffee, made with care and smile, was the best part of each day.
And her cocktails were super tasty, always perfectly made. Her service was consistently high‑professional, yet she made you feel completely relaxed and natural around her, like talking to a friend who truly enjoys her job. Thais is a super Valentin star! ⭐
And then Matthew from the animation team absolute French legend. Archery, CrossFit, Volleyball… everything with him was just fun.
He has this great energy that makes people want to join in, and he really knows how to connect guests with each other. Thanks to him, we met so many cool people and had a lot of laughs.
Both of them made our stay feel special. Valentin, great job!
