We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden, which creates a unique atmosphere and gives the whole place a special charm.
The staff were absolutely amazing – always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was outstanding, honestly some of the best I have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of dishes and excellent quality. Wow, wow, wow!
The beach is very nice, with a beach bar offering water, wine, prosecco, and other drinks throughout the day. The wine and prosecco were surprisingly good and definitely added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the room layout, which could be improved, and the entrance to the sea is a bit rocky, so water shoes may be useful.
That said, these are very minor issues compared to everything else the hotel offers. I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and the food here ranks among the very best I have ever experienced. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a unique atmosphere, excellent service, great food, and a lovely beach. We would gladly come back!
We loved our stay at the VOI FLORIANA resort. Everything was superb. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the food was excellent, but it was the people that made it a really amazing experience. A huge shout out to Gigi and the entertainment team for bringing the vibes every single night (Francesca, Beatrix & Lolo) Carlos and his bar staff (Giuseppe, Gabrielle and the guys) Sofia and Donatella for waiting on us morning, noon and night, the pastry chef for serving us such delicious treats and to Gloria and Aliche, the resort superstars who made our 5yr old daughter so happy, she absolutely loved you guys! Thank you!
I went here with my family last week for holiday, we had an amazing time in the sun and the food was amazing and there was quite a lot of options to pick from, the entertainment staff were all brilliant and so kind and went around and involved everybody in their activities - they were definitely the highlight of our stay, the shows that they put on in the evening were also entertaining. However.. the pool was freezing and nobody could stay in for long, the pool rules were also stupidly strict and my younger brother who can’t swim properly was told he was not allowed to use his inflatables which were there to keep him afloat as there is no inflatables allowed in the pool. The bar staff were nice and quick but the drink sizes were a bit of a joke and there seemed to be a lot of waste with the cups and there was barely any drink options included with the all inclusive. My biggest problem was the unprofessionalism of the tennis coach at the resort, he seemed to be in his mid thirties and asked my 14 year old sister for her social media and when she said no he asked multiple times for her phone number which made her extremely uncomfortable.
Apart from those few mishaps we had a great time and I would recommend coming here for a holiday away.
We recently stayed at Voi Floriana Resort – we were traveling as a family of three with a child, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
We loved everything from the very first day. We would especially like to praise the food – there was a wide selection, everything was fresh, delicious, and high quality. Everyone could find something they liked, including our child.
The sea was absolutely amazing – clean, clear water and a well-maintained beach, perfect both for relaxing and for swimming with children.
The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy – we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay.
The highlight for our child was the kids’ disco – they were looking forward to it every evening. The animation team does a fantastic job creating a fun and lively atmosphere.
We highly recommend this hotel for families with children and would happily come back again!
Fantastic holiday resort. Staff are all really friendly. Caters for all nationalities but it is mostly full with Italian holiday makers but this did not affect our stay, in fact being English we really enjoyed mixing with Italian people and learning their language and visa versa. We will be leaving with new friends.
The staff are all really nice people and made every effort in all areas to make us feel welcome and spoke to us in English and Italian.
The food is amazing. A huge selection. Our favourites was the grill area (outside) and the desserts. Yum yum 😋
Highly impressed also by the facilities for disabled people making every where fully accessible with designated areas on the beach including access to beach wheelchairs.
Families are also very well catered for.
