Hello. We are Rita and Kristina from Russia. We are having a rest in Wasa hotel right now and we are so grateful to Murat Ersin for his politeness, kindness, and good attitude to tourists. He is very active in his job and all the time smiles, pays attention to us. We admire him. We want to say thanks also to Mehmet Doganturk. He is skilful too to work with clients. We wish to have more positive and great people in this hotel 😇
The hotel is very clean, the rooms comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was good, a lot of choices. The location very good, the beach 5 min. walk and a lot of shops and restaurants around. All in all very good hotel.
Our arrival at the hotel surprised us when we were told that there were no available rooms until 3 a.m., even though we had paid for that night’s stay. The food was tasteless and repetitive; the only fruit available were half-rotten apples, and the only dessert was some kind of pudding. The staff was polite.
The rooms were decent and clean, the maids came every day. The food was very bad and the restaurant seemed dirty. There was something to eat for breakfast, but the offer for lunch and dinner was modest and the taste was simply bad. We only ate rice, macaroni and salad. The last few days we decided to eat outside their restaurant even though we paid all inclusive. The location is excellent and that improves the overall impression. The beach and the center are a few minutes from the hotel. They have sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach that are included in the price, but the number is limited and if you don't get there early you will be left without sunbeds. The man who works on the beach is rude. Alanya is a beautiful place and if we go there again we will definitely not stay at this hotel.
You get what you pay for The room was fine, we had some issues with our door locking us out and the Ac unit not working but they were fixed very quickly Food caters only to the Russian and German demographic of guests so not ideal for a fussy eater and vegetarian. Ultimately lived off bread for the week as nothing in the small selection was labelled. Hot & hungry week for the both of us. Luckily theres many convince stores and fast food chains nearby. Creepy Staff would often stare at us as we laid by the pool, would definitely pick another hotel next time.
