I had a great stay at the hotel and I was really happy with everything! The staff was super friendly, understanding, and always ready to help with anything. The SPA and the massage I got were perfect – I felt like a new person afterwards. The food had a huge variety. The indoor pool was warm and clean, and my room was nice and spotless. I definitely recommend it and will come back again!
Regarding room cleanliness, our room was only cleaned twice during our one-week stay. The food was repetitive and often cold, and the staff were generally unfriendly. On the positive side, the best parts of the hotel were the swimming pool and the entertainment. The animation team was excellent and made our stay very cheerful; we never felt bored and had a great time during the daytime activities.
The hotel rooms were very clean, but during our one-week stay, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room only twice.
The food was awful, and the restaurant staff were unfriendly and rude to the guests.
The best thing about this hotel was the pool entertainment. The animation team made guests smile every day, were always kind, friendly, and approachable, and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. The activities were fun, engaging, and made our holiday much more enjoyable.
I cannot recommend this hotel.
- Thin walls: you constantly hear your neighbors talking through the walls.
- mattresses are worn out, and blankets were thin and too small for my body.
- there was a constant humming from an air vent outside even if the neighbors were quiet
- upon checkin, the reception asked for a 25€ deposit fee for damages to the room, which wasn't communicated while booking online. This wasn't agreed on in the booking and no information was given about this prior to checkin.
- requests to the staff were met with ignorance. Ignoring the customer seems to be the game played in the hotel.
- bread provided for breakfast was completely dry.
- the roomcard says dinner is served 18-21hrs, however trying to eat at 8 no dinner there, employee saying "dinner is at 6!". Thx for nothing.
-minibar is not cooling down
- balcony tiles are dirty in different shades of green and yellow
The stay didn't feel like 4 starts and I won't be coming back.
I liked the people here (they are all friendly). I especially liked the animation team. The food here is good, there is a large selection. The room was comfortable enough. The only request is to clean the rooms more often.
