We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping also deserves special praise – the cleanliness was excellent every single day, thanks to Umesh. The location is great. It’s a little far from the main city areas, but there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, so this was never a problem. Most of the nearby restaurants are owned by the hotel, and both the food and service were consistently excellent. As someone with food allergies, I really appreciated that the restaurants clearly label allergens on their menus. However, it was surprising that there was no allergen information at all on the breakfast buffet. Considering the high standard elsewhere, this is something that should definitely be improved. The pool area is very nice, although direct access to the sea could be better. The rooftop terraces are fantastic, with separate swimming areas for guests aged 13+ and 18+, which creates a great atmosphere. There are seven elevators in the hotel, but unfortunately you cannot choose whether you want to go up or down when calling one. As a result, the elevators stop on almost every floor, making them unnecessarily slow. In 2026, I would expect a much smarter system. On the day we checked out from our room on the 8th floor, it took us 10 minutes just to get four people and our luggage down to the lobby. The Wi-Fi also needs improvement. It frequently disconnects, and reconnecting takes far too long. The same applies to Cheeky Monkey, where football matches are shown on multiple TV screens. During every match we watched, the screens repeatedly went black and the sound disappeared every 8–10 minutes. This wasn’t a one-off issue—it happened every single time. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel gets so many things right, and with a few improvements to these final details, it would easily deserve a full five-star rating.
We stayed here as part of larger family group to attend a wedding. The hotel was perfect for this as there were so many different spaces that catered for all age groups. The rooms are well appointed with nice facilities & balconies. I gave 4* as they were not exceptional but they are really nice and spotless. The large pool was fantastic for kids & adults alike but the adult only pool on the roof terrace was fantastic. The multiple on-site restaurants were all great as were the bars. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful & the restaurant was always clean & tidy. We were there in July so a super busy time & we never had to queue for a table or food. The staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful and positive.

A special thank you to Kaxun Bimali, who was absolutely outstanding throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect. His excellent service and positive attitude truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The pools, restaurants, and facilities were fantastic, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Had a lovely stay at Ax Odycy. Had a deluxe street view room. Room was lovely and spacious with really good walk in shower! Room cleaned daily to a very high standard and we would like to specifically thank Bishnu and Rakshya for their attention to detail and towel art! They made sure we have everything we needed and checked in with us during our stay to see if there was anything they could help with .Food was fantastic with lots of choice and quality. The pool areas were not huge but ideal as split by age groups. We had one minor issue with the lights wouldn’t work but within minutes someone was there to sort it out. Would recommend but ask for a sea view room.
