Very nice one night stay:) Location is perfect even though it’s not near the city centre, but a bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Also, a very kind and welcoming receptionist. Rooms are not the best: squeaky floors, doors, you can hear everything from the opposite rooms😅. But still, nice for its price. Breakfast is great. Thanks!
We waited 20 minutes for the waiter, after 20 minutes we took the menu ourselves, we waited another 10, nothing. The waitress was chatting in the kitchen, waiting behind the counter, eye contact about 10 times. 5 people in the restaurant!!!! Terrible service. When leaving we confronted her, complete disinterest and arrogance. The two guys at the table next to us were the same.
The lady at the reception was nice and the rooms were fine, but this ruined all expectations, we went to eat in the city.
if anyone from management would like to do something about it: Lady with black short hair, 5. august 2026, 19:30
Not the best, but good hotel for reasonable price.
Very good location.
The hotel staff is simply amazing! Everyone is very caring and friendly. Special thanks for Iren (hope I write the name correctly) - She helped me a lot in all matters, including calming down the children who were making noise during quiet time.
You can take your pet, but keep in mind that they don't have any special things for your pet (for example litter box for cat).
The main problem for me is the noise level is extremely high—everything is within a couple of rooms, and if you're unlucky and a light sleeper, you won't be able to get any sleep. I was unlucky; the kids in the rooms above me were noisy for half the night. This is a significant drawback, since, ultimately, good sleep is what you need most in a hotel.
Very clean, cozy place. Workers here speak multiple languages, there was no problem with communication. Shout out to the lovely man working in the restaurant, he deserves all the love possible.
The food just bad, nothing else to say. The rooms were horrible, I personally stayed in the suite. The suite was much better, there was air in the room, good bed and bathroom. The normal room was smelly and bad beds.
