Hotel was very clean, and the staff was helpful. The only downside was the separate parking fee – you can always find underground parking or a cheaper one near the hotel. Overall, it's a great value for money.
A small note after some time. I'm lowering my rating because they charged me €2.50 for a cola from the buffet, which I didn't drink. The hotel should take a closer look at its staff; guests are not obligated to inventory the room buffet after check-in. This is the first time something like this has happened to me.
I stayed here recently and the experience was better than I expected for a 4-star property.
I had a room on the 4th floor, and the view from there was genuinely nice — quiet, open, and not blocked by buildings, which made the stay feel more relaxed.
The breakfast was a strong point: plenty of variety, everything well-presented, and a lot of seating space so you don’t feel crowded even during peak hours. Clean layout and good flow — simple but effective.
The staff were polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which always makes the stay smoother. No attitude, no confusion.
The room itself was comfortable, with a good size for the price range. Clean, simple, and practical. Nothing luxury, but definitely above average compared to similar hotels in Riga.
Overall: a good, reliable 4-star stay with strong value, nice views from higher floors, and a breakfast setup that actually works well. Will add photos and videos for a more complete picture.
Excellent hôtel. A little far from downtown Riga but worth to try. I got the solo traveller room, which was more than enough since I only used it to sleep.
Downstairs they have a very nice and quiet restaurant. Great service, both a hotel reception and restaurant. Will recommend and likely go again
After this recent unpleasant experience, I will never stay at this hotel again, a place I've always stayed at when I visit Latvia. First, let me clarify that I was here for business. They couldn't find my reservation, and then I paid the 5-day hotel fee upon arrival. Later that week, the receptionist told me about his colleage that she didn't know the hotel fee and that I needed to pay extra. Although their explanation wasn't convincing, I paid anyway. But I will not be staying there again, just so you know.
If your coming to riga you'd be foolish to over look this place just on the outskirts of old town this brilliant hotel doesn't just allow you to have the piece and quite of an ideal couples hoilday but also offers easy access to riga central the bars and restaurants and the train station a bolt from riga centre cost around 4 euros and we had a great day at the beach after catching the train for a 30mins journey which cost 6 euros return, the food drink and staff where amazing looking forward to our next stay xxxxx̌ thank-you xxx
