I had a pleasant stay at Hanza Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the Old Town yet in a quieter area. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Overall, a great value for the price and a nice place to stay in Riga.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and tidy common areas. The facilities were practical and met all basic travel needs.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and fresh options each morning.
Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with good service and a satisfying breakfast. I would happily stay here again in Riga.
The hotel is very well situated as it is an easy walk into the centre of town. It is also very close to the market which is great. The staff were helpful and friendly. But sadly the room was filthy, bed very uncomfortable, the window on our room was broken so it got very hot and the breakfast room is tiny so you are always pushing past people.
Lovely little hotel just outside the old town. So easy to get to/from the airport. Lovely, friendly staff. Heating was perfect. Comfy bed and breakfast is included. For its 3-star it is such a value for money.
The front desk service was nice, the breakfast had a decent selection and tasted good. However the room is very dilapidated, everything is barely hanging on, sink cracked, all the fittings loose, furniture has seen better days but the worst part was the smell from the bathroom which got even worse after using the shower, smell of rotting eggs and sitting water. However this issue was only in my room, another room I got to visit briefly didn't have such an issue and the state of the room was slightly better than mine so maybe I just got unlucky
