Great stay! The animation was absolutely amazing and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. There were plenty of fun activities and fantastic evening shows, with a great atmosphere throughout. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend it, especially for families!
An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and varied, while the restaurant and bar offered excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. A special thanks to Martin, Poli, and Rosen, who were true professionals behind the bar. They were always friendly, attentive, and made every drink with care, adding a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. I would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this hotel!
Very good experience, especially since it's very kids friendly and the food is, considered the amounts they produce, really good. As others have mentioned it's definitely not the cleanest, but if you are used to small kids smear everything with ketchup it probably doesn't bother you, so one star on room rating deduced for overall cleanliness. Beach is not to hard to reach and the Woods near the hotel are worth a hike as well.
It was a great holiday for me and my family, the hotel is very good for family holidays and the best of all was the animation team. Moni, Plami, Ilko and Yasen, they are very positive and funny people, there's always an activities for the guests and kids, very good and loud music we love it. The animators were smiling all the time and they did everything for us to feel good. We will deffinately come back again!
This maybe was the worst stay in a “4 star hotel”. Lucky for us we only booked 2 nights and left the second day. The food was very bad. Everything was undercooked and very poor variety. Desserts uneatable. There is no bottled water in the room, went to ask at the bar and they said they sell it (in a 4 star all inclusive hotel), so bring your own water. Staff were rude and bored. The room was partially cleaned. In the balcony we found remains from previous tourists. Overall, this was the worst stay of all the 4 star hotels i’ve been to.
