The hotel is very good with great value for the price. Food is delicious and variable daily. Always fresh and tasty. Rooms are spacious. EVERYWHERE is super clean! Beachfront is very good with plenty umbrellas and sunbeds for everyone. They clean them every morning and during the day. Hotel works mostly with Germans and Scandinavians which makes the place very calm and peaceful. Conversely to Sunny beach's fame for party location, this hotel offers piece and quiet. For 4 days we had nothing to complain about. Maybe the parking is a bit troublesome but with reservations in advance its manageable.
Hotel was great right by the beach. The decor in hotel was fantastic. Clean hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, rooms very big , big beds, balcony big too. Had everything you needed in rooms. Restaurant areas very clean , plenty of foods to choose from. Plenty of seating areas to sit. Pool was great plenty of sun loungers no need to save beds. Pool bar is very nice too. Drinks and snacks to choose from here. Had the evenings entertainment in Pool bar as in May. But got a stage area for busy times. In May entertainment wasn't great we had bingo, karaoke, quiz night and one man singing who was good. So not that great. Must be saving the entertainment for busy times. We found the young gentlemans in Restaurant and Pool bar more friendly than the ladies. The ladies looked misable not as friendly in Restaurant and Pool bar. Can't fault the hotel and location.
First the bad : We got here on honeymoon which was booked per Ruefa. Ruefa told them it would be our honeymoon and maybe they can prepare something for us when we arrive. When we did we checked in and to our very surprise we had a room with 2 solo beds. I was very shocked by that since they even left us a prosecco as surprise in the room. We pushed the beds at keast tigether but it was very weird. The walls were very thin we could hear our loud neighbours all the time which was especially annoying in the night. The Amusement park right next to the hotel didnt make it any better loud music throughout the night. The bedsheets were not very comfortable too. Kinda weird in the texture. It was also weird for me that there were no tissues in the room. Now the good : The hotel is very nice everything is clean and looks very new and aesthetic. The service was not very good it was excellent. From Waiters to cleaners, barkeepers, the massage guy all are very friendly and always very professional. The food was good sometimes very good. Cocktails were great too. Overall i would say woth some minor changes and if you can live with some noise, its a very nice hotel. The beach is right next to it too. Just needs some tissues, better bedsheets and maybe better management for couples that just married i mean that was really weird. And then again maybe it was the fault of Ruefa and the hotel is not to blame for it.
Sentido Neptun Beach hotel is amazing it’s in a beautiful location ‘Sunny beach’ in Bulgaria it’s such a lovely place the staff are very friendly some people can be a bit harsh at first but all the locals are very welcoming. The entertainment team max,gabbie,didi and the others are very friendly and fun they made my day keeping us happy and entertained by day and night the night entertainment was great they have a kids disco at first then by 9 or 9:30 they have something for the bigger kids and adults they had game shows you could join in and music lights it was very fun outside the hotel was like being in Benidorm they have a strip of shops and clubs and pubs for family’s nice food and a fairground full of rides which cost &€ which isn’t to bad the rides are fun and thrilling they have rides suitable for all ages. Plenty of tattoo shops for anyone who’s interested. But our hotel was perfect the rooms were amazing comfy beds cleaning every morning the staff were very helpful and welcoming they speak very good English to as well as Bulgarian. The food was 100/100 very yummy with different varieties of meals every night and beautiful watermelon art and different desserts each night. Any drinks you like at the different bars which was very nice the pool is so nice and fresh when jumping in I would definitely be coming back to Sentido it’s a lovely nice place. Very clean and tidy. This is a nice hotel, separated from the beach by a promenade known as Flower Street. It features a large pool. We opted for the all-inclusive package; the food was fresh every day, with pizza and fries available for children and a large dessert bar. The rooms were always very clean. Food is available continuously from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. There is also a fitness room and sauna, open until 6:00 PM. It was a real shame that many staff members did not speak English; some were quite unfriendly and appeared unenthusiastic about their work. The party zone is very noisy at night, with the noise continuing until 3:00 AM.
