Helena Resort – or how to pay for a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive experience and be treated with contempt. I am NOT satisfied with what we received for the amount of money we paid. For approximately€300 per night, I expect a completely different level of service. A 5-star hotel offering Ultra All Inclusive should provide a much better overall experience than this. The beach is practically unusable when the sunbeds are constantly occupied, the beach bar is not included, you are not allowed to take drinks from the pool bar to the beach, and there are no toilets in the beach area. The bathroom in the room is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The attitude of some members of staff is unacceptable. The entertainment is extremely poor. The food is mediocre. The only things I genuinely liked were the appearance of the hotel, the beautiful and very well-maintained green areas, the cleanliness, and some of the employees at the bars who were actually friendly and professional. For around €300 per night, you can find something much better than this. I do NOT recommend Helena Park. Shame on you, Helena!
We had a pleasant stay at Helena Park. The food was excellent, and the animation team did a fantastic job—friendly, energetic, and very entertaining. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that there was no music in the pool area, there was no bar on the beach that covers the "ultra all inclusive", also it was forbitten to take drinks from the hotel to the sea side. The water provided at reception is terrible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the delicious food, cleanliness, friendly staff, and wonderful animators.
We recently enjoyed a brief stay at the Helena Hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations, dining, and the exceptional service provided by Helena staff. The spa facilities and gym were well-maintained, though we found the massage services to be somewhat expensive. While we typically explore new destinations, we are already considering a return visit to the Helena Hotel in September .
I do not recommend this hotel.There is no medical centre in place. Please see attached the foto. They removed the sign after we needed assistence for our 1 year old. The manager had zero customer experience and zero empathy. A 5 star hotel should not treat people like this.
