We had an absolutely wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came as a large family, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Everything was handled with kindness, patience and professionalism, and our stay was truly enjoyable. A very special thank you to Maria, who made our experience even more amazing. ❤️ She helped us with absolutely everything, not only during our stay but even before we arrived. She was always available, answered every question, helped with every request and constantly made sure that everything was okay for our whole family. Maria is truly an exceptional person and a huge asset to the hotel. Her kindness, patience and genuine care made us feel like we had someone personally looking after us throughout our entire stay. We are leaving with beautiful memories and so much appreciation. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options every day. We especially enjoyed the several swimming pools, which were clean and relaxing. The hotel is also located right next to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
First of all, this is a hotel with an amazing staff and managers. Very hard working boys and girls who adequately take responsibility when necessary and solve out quickly any problem occurred, or dissatisfaction. Worth mentioning is the great attitude and attention my family was treated with during our stay by the beach facilities manager, the receptionists in Block C and bartenders across the property. Very very child-friendly place, although crowded and really packed. Rooms are spacious and very clean, however the sewage smell can sometimes be unbearable. Hotel still struggles to maintain a decent beach code - both on the sand by the shore and around the pools as many foreign tourists tend to reserve and abuse the number of sunbeda and parasols. Even the timers placed by the staff seem inefficient to change that behaviour. Restaurants offer a huge variety of food but honestly some meals tasted the same, regardless of where they were served. Pastries were typically full of sugar and cream more than flavor. Beverages seemed watered down heavily but that’s also a part of the all inclusive experience not only here but generally in this budget range resorts wherever, so not really much of a deal. Beach conception with own sunbeds is great but having them in the back of the sand makes it less valuable. Gym is spacious but machines are quite outdated. Yet, if you’re a consistent gym rat, you’ll manage. Overall - great for families with kids experience.
Excellent hotel with top-notch food and outstanding service. The staff are professional and friendly, and the hotel is truly at an international level. The only downside is that it gets quite overcrowded during busy periods. Overall, a great experience that I'd happily recommend.
We would like to sincerely thank you for an unforgettable holiday. When we checked in, we asked if it would be possible to have a nice room, and we truly appreciate that the staff fulfilled our request so perfectly. We have only been here since yesterday, yet we already know that, once we're back home, what we'll miss the most is the truly exceptional view from our balcony. It's hard to say goodbye to such a picturesque combination of a busy street, a parking lot, a garbage bin, and a charming storage area for construction materials. A real feast for the eyes. The soundscape also deserves special recognition. The constant noise from the street, accompanied by the loudly operating air conditioning and ventilation systems, is a wonderful reminder that peace and quiet are highly overrated. And once you close the balcony door, things don't become any less exciting – thanks to the remarkably thin walls, you can effortlessly keep up with your neighbours' lives. Conversations, television, everyday activities... everything can be heard with impressive clarity. This is certainly a place we won't forget. Especially that view – it's hard to imagine a more "holiday-like" atmosphere
