We love this hotel! Rooms are great and had an ocean view. Clean room and you can invite cleaning when you want, otherwise it's every 4 days. Only minus is air conditioning, even when you put 18°C it only goes down to 22°C. Water park is perfect for us, why we come always back. Breakfast is nice too.
Disappointingly Basic Breakfast On Estonia’s national holiday, our family decided to treat ourselves to a breakfast buffet at Tervise Paradiis. Before visiting, we read numerous positive reviews about the breakfast, which influenced our decision. We paid €51 for two adults and one child and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The selection consisted mainly of very basic and inexpensive products. The variety of vegetables was extremely limited, and the dessert selection was disappointing — only pancakes and a rather sad-looking rhubarb cake (see attached photo). Even more concerning was the service situation. The staff clearly struggled to cope with the number of guests. Many tables remained occupied with dirty dishes for extended periods, and we eventually had to clear and wipe down our own table before we could sit down. At various points during breakfast, all pastries and bread products had run out, and even the milk in the coffee machine was unavailable. This is difficult to understand in a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property. What made the experience particularly disappointing was that most of the guests around us appeared to be international tourists. As a local resident, I honestly felt embarrassed that this might be their impression of Estonian hospitality. To put things into perspective, the day before we had breakfast at another nearby hotel, paying only a few euros more. The difference was remarkable: excellent food quality, a wide selection, attentive staff, and an overall experience that left a genuinely positive impression. Unfortunately, Tervise Paradiis breakfast did not meet the standards one would reasonably expect from a four-star hotel, especially during a national holiday when higher guest numbers should be anticipated and properly managed.
Everything was good. Water park was really 👌🏻 Very good breakfast offers. The gym was very big and modern. There was everything what you need. Parking was 15€
Visited only the water park with the family in December 2025. We really enjoyed it, kids we happy about the water sliding tubes, purchased the whole day ticket, a whole day of fun, the price is fine compared to the quality and time we spent there. Really enjoyed the sauna world 2nd floor. Only thing we were dissapointed about was the dining experience available at the spot. Honestly, the experience at the Neptune Grill (located inside the hotel, You are able to visit during the water park visit), the food was not enjoyable at all + the waiter forgot 1 meal for my kid, so they brought the missing meal only after we all were finished, price-to-food quality ratio was not adequate at all. I do not reccomend the Neptune Grill.
We had the best time here. Awesome location with great amenities. The only improvement would be to have an hour at the water park just for hotel guests.
